The November Issue - 2024

Giving Thanks, Giving Back.

This year, Harmony Day Support had the honor of partnering with HumanKind to provide boxed of food donations to families in need for the Thanksgiving holiday. For the second year in a row, we have been able to fulfill the growing needs of HumanKind’s community outreach mission.

We had a blast last year, and this year was no exception. As we gathered cans of green beans, boxes of stuffing, and enough mashed potatoes to feed a small village; we reflected on the privilege of being able to bless families in our community. We understand the importance of serving our local community members and love to utilize our platform to meet their needs.

Special thanks to Mary Winston-Deacon and Nichole Bradley at HumanKind for facilitating our visit to their office. We enjoyed bringing the boxes to the facility and the opportunity to help out those in need.

We can’t wait to help out next year!

Picture Perfect People

One…Two…Three… Say, “Cheese”!

With the help of Stuart Twery and his amazing photography skills, the lovely individuals at Harmony Day Support were able to show off their good side as we received professional headshots. This was a great opportunity for the individuals to work the camera and meet with a talented artist.

Stuart has been a photographer in Lynchburg for many years; highlighting the local faces and featuring community members to showcase the diversity of our city. His ongoing project, titled “Faces of Lynchburg”, continues to gain traction throughout the community and proves that everyone can take a good picture with the proper equipment and lighting.

We are so grateful to Stuart for his hard work in taking these breathtaking photos.
