Hoop Dreams
Dribble. Shoot. Score. Repeat.
The Liberty University Basketball team invited us to show our skills on the court this month. The team was so encouraging to the individuals and demonstrated servant leadership and the value of good sportsmanship. We had such a wonderful time with the men's and women's teams and look forward to watching them this upcoming season.
Champions
This year we celebrated the first annual Harmony Summer Olympics. The individuals were full of team spirit and excitement for the events of the day. We saw them embody their team pride during the parade of nations, watched amazing feats of athleticism as they jumped over hurdles, and witnessed some talented artists try their hand at tie-dye.
We were so grateful for the opportunity to give the individuals a taste of victory during these events. Each individual took home a gold medal for their work.
We wrapped up the day with a sweet treat from CraveABLE's Icecream.
Despite the onslaught of rain, it did not dampen our spirits...nor our appetite.
We appreciate all who came out to celebrate this day with us and look forward to the next adventure with the Harmony Day Support Team.
